Thematic Activity 02 (5-10 min)

What is special care that helps my body reduce stress?

PRESENTERS: alert participants that sometimes people hear about detoxing and get advice to ingest certain vitamins or fast or other unusual things. They should not do anything like that without a doctor's supervision. ONLY take in or use products that you have used before and know the effects.

Skill Builders (10-15 min)

Meditation to clear stress. Choose one that suits your group and feelings. The longer one works great if you are super stressed.
