Discussion

Everyone experiences stress differently. Something that stresses one person out might not stress out another person. We all have unique things that stress us out and might not bother another person.

What are something that we can identify that stress us out?

Identify at least two things that are stressful to individual participants and mark them in your portfolio planner. What did you learn about other participants that surprised you?

How can you be more aware of things that stress others out in the future?

What are ways that we can work together to mitigate (or lessen) stressful situations for our friends or loved ones?
